Schedule For All Participants
PTC course registration is from 1:00pm-3:00pm on the first day of the course. Check your welcome letter or front desk for details. During registration you will receive your name badge and other course-related material. If you need assistance downloading your resource book, bring your device so coordinators can help you.
The introductory session begins at 4:00pm on the first day of the course, followed by dinner at 6:30pm. Arrive in plenty of time to attend this first session. It is essential to the rest of the course.
How To Get There
Ramada by Wyndham Hotel is about five kilometers from Lisbon airport (LIS). Map Link. Here are some transport options.
FROM LISBON AIRPORT TO RAMADA BY WYNDHAM
Allow 15 minutes by Uber/Taxi/Car and 30 minutes by Subway
BY METRO (SUBWAY): Take the metro Red Line from the airport (Aeroporto) station directly to the hotel, disembarking on the 8th stop, Olaias station. The metro station of the airport is located at the right side of the arrivals hall of Terminal 1. If you arrive on Terminal 2, you will have to use the free shuttle bus that travels between the two terminals. From Olaias station it’s a 1 minute walk to the Ramada by Wyndham hotel. The cost is under 2€. You do not need a ticket. You can swipe a credit card at the turnstyle to enter the station. Trains run every six to ten minutes depending on the time of day, and the ride takes about 15-20 minutes. The metro operates from 6:30 am to 1:00am. BY TAXI: The quickest way to get from Lisbon Airport (LIS) to Ramada by Wyndham Lisbon is to taxi which costs $6 - $8 and takes about 4 min. Most of the official taxis in Lisbon are cream-colored. However, there are still a few old ones that are black or mint green. The official airport taxis can be found lined up just outside of Terminal 1. Use the free shuttle bus if you land on Terminal 2. BY UBER: Requires the downloaded UBER app on your smart phone. Cost should be about €6 to the hotel.
