The Principals' Training Center
for Practicing and Aspiring Principals in International Schools
International schools are unique. They operate under special circumstances and have special needs. The Principals' Training Center for International School Leadership (PTC) was founded as a non-profit organization in 1989 to meet the professional development needs of leaders in international schools. Over 3000 international educators have participated in PTC training programs.
The PTC offers a wide range of professional development opportunities for practicing and aspiring international school principals:
An 'Essential Skills Program' consisting of four, week-long institutes leading to a Certificate of International School Leadership
An advanced leadership certificate
One and two day pre-conference seminars, often at regional conferences
Onsite training and consulting
